Went to be seen today, I was waiting to sign in when the receptionist answered the phone, put the patient on speaker phone while getting her name, birthday and other medical information, this is a major HIPPA violation. The woman on the phone was polite but stressed, apparently she was seen on the 21st and still hadn't had her prescriptions sent in to her pharmacy - she said she called several hours earlier and that the receptionist said she would have it sent in. The receptionist proceeded to argue with her, saying she never spoke to her... eventually she did remember that they spoke, and she was very dismissive saying she would send it in but to give her an hour...nnot caring at all that this sick woman has been waiting 3 days for meds. I left at that point. I was really disappointed because I saw so many positive reviews about the doctor at this location, but this receptionist absolutely ruined it. She should not be working in any medical facility.
