My insurance told me to get my flu shot here to get the payment covered. I told the receptionist I just needed a flu shot right at the beginning when I was checking in for my appointment. I did my paper work l, which took about 10 min. I waited about 20 min after doing paperwork to be called in. I think the nurse thought it was a physical exam even though I just wrote flu shot for the reason of my visit. That whole process took about 15 more min. The nurse said she would be back. Once she came back, she told me they didnu2019t have any flu shots. I was pissed cause I wasted 45 min for nothing. I told them at the beginning I wanted my flu shot and my appointment was created all for the purpose of the flu shot. I waited and wasted 45 min for them to tell me they didnu2019t have any flu shots. Why didnu2019t you tell me at the beginning so that I didnu2019t have to waste my time?! I was super pissed.

Worthless. A call to an automated operator prompted by Press 00 reaches no one and the only other option is to know someone's extension. I got faster phone service down the street at Total Care by someone who answer the phone than the time wasted trying to reach someone at Metro Urgent Care. No excuse for poor communication access.

I have been seeing Dr.Layugan for a couple of years now for general health issues ranging from acurte to chronic. She always takes my input into account and often has morte than one way to try to reach the desired goal. The staff is friendly and it is never a negative experience when I have a visit. Either scheduled or emergency.
