I was not feeling well. Wait time was brief when I arrived for online generated visit. Front staff is friendly and helpful. Nurses and physicians are all so nice. Answer questions and take the best care. I have many health issues, Iu2019m not concerned when my primary isnu2019t available. Doctors are thorough and stay well informed of my updated medical status. Always answer all my questions, as well as, check into any of their concerns.

Not a bad experience. I don't really like that you have to register yourself while your insurance is being billed a couple hundred dollars, but whatevs. My nurse was very nice and Renee , the PA was absolutely awesome, she was very nice, intelligent, helpful and professional, AND she is drop-dead gorgeous. What else can you ask for.

I was greeted by the friendly gentleman at the counter and was able to be seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I was seen by Dr. White who is hands down the BEST! Not only did she take the time to assess my needs and offer best practices and recommendations for my needs, she's also one of the kindest and most knowledgeable doctors I've encountered. I literally drive out of my way past other urgent cares just to go to this one. I highly recommend this location.

I have used the New Windsor office several times and was there again today. The Physicians Assistant, Jamie White, is fantastic (and Iu2019m very picky with practitioners). The medical assistant was so caring and truly listened to everything Imy daughter & I had to say. Iu2019ve been very happy with them. I called several other walk-in clinics and they all had 1 to 2 hour wait times . We were seen within 15 minutes. The level of care is up there with my private Practitioner. I highly recommend them.
