I have been bringing my son here for the last 8 years,(His whole life), to both clinics day/night. All of a sudden tonight when I go my son is refused service because I only have a picture of the insurance card and not a physical copy of it. My son is not a new patient , my son was just seen a few months back with the same information provided the same way, only a picture not a physical copy. They sat, heard and saw my son having cough attacks and still refused to help him over information that is already in their system. Information that they have the ability to look up. Information that is being provided by a picture that has been provided the same way in the past and had been accepted, but now all of a sudden it isnu2019t. When asked u201cso youu2019re going to let me just walk out of here while you hear my son like that and not help him?u201d All I got was a u201csorryu201d u201csorry you feel that way.u201d I donu2019t understand how your profession can be in pediatrics and u refuse to accept the way the insurance information being provided to you to help the child you see that can barely breathe from how bad the cough is. The front desk and NP tonight were extremely unprofessional, unsympathetic, and unhelpful.

Update: I was previously upset due to insurance related; which they should have checked prior to my arrival.nHowever, my child was seen and I can honestly say they were friendly, fast, and very professional.nnPretty upset with this clinic. We chose this office because it was relatively close by. We made an appointment last week (on a Tuesday) and even turned in our application with our insurance information. Come Friday of our appointment (itu2019s been nearly almost 2 weeks of working day), we get to the office to have them tell us that our insurance did not cover that visit. If we had not turned in out insurance information prior, I donu2019t think I would have been as upset. But to tell me, when I have struggled and juggled to bring my baby to the clinic, that my insurance does not cover my visit. I wished they have told me sooner. Even a day earlier would suffice. Very upset.

Such a bad place to take your kids, they never answer the calls, no communication, bad service the personal is lazy, the website says open 6pm to 9pm and I called buy it says it's closed, they take forever, unfortunately I have bad insurance and bad insurances covers bad clinics. And don't bother to call the number on the website it doesn't work and they said is from somewhere else.ud83dude44ud83dude21

When i took my 5 year old daughter there she was boiling hot from the fever .I really couldnu2019t do anything but to take her there because it was the closest clinic near by I remember it took them almost an hour so that they can attend her . Also the nurse that attended us seemed really rude because she told us it was nothing to worry about and that she just had a little cold. I was really mad that she didnu2019t even test her on the influenza test . The next day i took her to a doctor that you would call professional and he said that she had a ear infection that was causing the fever . Please never take your children there it is really bad service and the clinic seems to have uneducated people there.
