My first time experience was amazing! The front desk staff was patient and friendly. I saw Dr. Muckle for the first time and she was extremely thorough about my health concerns. She had excellent bedside manner. The phlebotomist and the nurse were also thorough and good. The icing on the cake is I had to schedule a mammogram and to do so all I had to do was go 1 floor down to the imaging center. Everything I needed was in one spot. Highly recommend!

Finally, a physician who listens and cares about the total person; physically and emotionally! This was my second visit with the initial visit being the weekend Urgent Care. That team..Amazing! Dr. Muckle held the bar at Amazing Medical Care as well. This is paramount especially for a woman of color (African American) when our health care service is known to be less than the best for us. Everybody was personable and professional! 5 Stars for the Team at Nashville Healthcare Center at Bordeaux!

I was and am extremely satisfied with my visit. It was my first visit and I got more done in the first visit than I have seeing another Dr for months! So glad one of my other Dr's office recommended me go see Dr. Muckle. I Will NOT be looking for another Dr any time soon.
