I had a great experience today at this clinic. The nurse practitioner was very empathetic, thorough and kind. She took her time with me and made sure I was accurately diagnosed to cover my symptoms and productive recovery. From check in at my arrival to final discharge by the nurse, I felt comfortable and well cared for.

I will never go to this location again. I went there with a swollen hand and finger. I'm guessing the young man who took my vitals was a nurse, I really don't know. He barely said a word to me.nHe didn't look at my hand and asked if I wanted an xray.nI haven't even seen the doctor yet. I said 'yes, I guess so.'nAfter the xray, a man comes into the room, starts talking immediately about the xray has he walks to counter to write things down. Never told me who he was, never looked at my hand and barely looked at me when he was talking. I said my hand hurts and I keep bumping it and again said it hurts. He said do you want a brace for it? I was looking for a medical opinion on how to deal with the pain. Nothing! He leaves the room and a woman comes in with a wrist brace that she tries and tries to make work for a hand and finger all while it hurts!!nIt didnt' work and I walked out.nI paid $135 to be seen and get an xray.nnLook at your patients, guide them, help them. THATS WHY WE GO TO URGENT CARE, FOR HELP!!nnThese guys could care less.nnThe only positive was from the girl at the front desk. She was helpful, she asked me questions, she was genuine in her actions. She was incredibly gentle with a 90+ yr old man in the waiting room. She was so nice!nnShe is the only thing that this location has going for them.nnThose two men (I still don't know if one of them was a doctor or a practitioner. Because he never even looked me in the eye.nTHAT NEEDS TO END NOW. People deserve better than that especially when they are paying for it in pain.nnDO BETTER!!

The Provider , NFP. Luis Martinex was great! He listened and I felt he understood exactly the symptom set that I was trying to explain. He was thorough and even took time to do a nebulizer treatment that helped immediately. I left feeling relieved that I had a plan to go forward. He is an outstanding primary care clinician!

Quick prompt professional service. Only a complaint is that I was given a coupon for a new medication, but the coupon is not honored at the drugstore as long as the patient is a state or federal government insurance customer. This is critical information that I think should be known by the providers. That information is written in the fine print on the back of the card.
