My dr sent paperwork early in am for my nebulizer. They should have a way to go in epic look at said paperwork not just fax. When my husband went they needed more info. I was able to buy from Amazon for 20$. Maybe save yourself the headache. I can see why they have such low reviews

Absolutely worthless to try and get anything from here. They received a script, said they didnu2019t have all the information, but didnu2019t follow up to get all the u201cinformation.u201d Now I donu2019t have my needed medical equipment. Does anywhere have anyone that truly cares about patients? Itu2019s not here folks and all Tina had to say was, u201citu2019s not my job.u201d Literally thatu2019s what she said. She obviously needs training or fired.

Look at all the 1 star reviews. This place opened my eyes to insurance and medical services. I got a medical device here which required a monitoring service and when the results didn't meet the requirements I began receiving bills directly. These itemized bills showed that less than 20% of the charges were for the device. Most of the charges were for monitoring, service fees, administrative fees, future equipment upkeep/maintenance fees, etc. So when I asked if I could just buy the machine outright and forgo monitoring and the rest, I was told no. They only supply machines through insurance with all these extra fees attached. Forget the patient's needs and health if we aren't making all this extra money for l from frivolous charges, we just won't sell the machine. 100% will not use this service again or go to anyplace where I cannot buy and own the equipment outright, free and clear. Insurance is a scam, this place promots this scam, and neither have the patient in mind.

Jamie is very helpful but the receptionist are horrible, lazy and not at all helpful, unfriendly and not good with the public. I am looking to change equipment providers so I dont have to feel like I'm bothering them.

I just called there and I have no idea who I talked to.but she wasn't very friendly. I been going there for years and never had a problem until now.she should not be working with the public.she was rude.
