All were wonderful - efficient and knowledgeable- appreciate the info about primary care next door- doctor has a great bedside manner - innate charismatic smile that is a bonus when anxious about health care in this setting - the front desk person knew how to run the operation effectively and efficiently. I was in/out in less than an hour! Lived all over US in 5 cities - this by far the best Urgent Care experience Iu2019ve had. I sense a strong commitment to a unified goal to ensure best patient experience is delivered. Such competent staff - all positions.

Broke my hand and was seen right awayu2026 Streamlined process, incredibly professional and friendly team. Doctor was outstanding. Immediate diagnosis of broken hand, set it, referred me to a hand specialist for tomorrow. Highly recommend this urgent care in South Beach. and last, but not least, a big shout out to Tommy on the seamless intake upon arrival!

I get my infusion therapy here every couple of months, and itu2019s been a total life upgrade. My energy, mood, and recovery have all improved dramatically u2014 I honestly feel like I turned the clock back 15 years. The team is top-notch, super knowledgeable, and makes every visit smooth and comfortable. If you're thinking about trying infusion therapy, this is the place to do it. Five stars all the way!

Great experience, front desk staff friendly and helpful. ThanksnFollow up, several days later my wife tested for Covid. Apparently I had/have Covid and infected my wife and maybe others. Hard to believe this office wouldnu2019t have tested me for Covid while being tested for the Flu. A inexpensive test is available at the drugstore for both flu and Covid.

Would have been a 5 stars if the assistant to the doctor who also was at the reception didnu2019t lie. She wanted me to pay and then collect from my insurance. She had no problem looking me in the eyes and lying ud83dude1e I almost walked away until a male came and contradicted her. I wish I took her name. Not a pleasant person. Doctor though is fantastic
