I went from 5 stars to one. Idk what happened to this place ud83dude14. Young desk girl is always so grumpy and seems like you're a bother. The young male nurse assistant is pretty much the same. The nurse is amazing and doc seemed caring but I now avoid this place and go all the way to Kettering.

I took my son there years ago and it was good. I went there on Tuesday for an Xray and it was great. Seems like they have grown so much over the years and added lots of different services and providers. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The lady that did my Xray was so kind and very good at her job. Iu2019m having pain and trouble standing straight and she was so helpful and sympathetic. The entire process only took about twenty minutes and I was a new patient. Highly recommend!

I showed up on a Friday at 5:50 & nobody was there. & it clearly states their hours are from 9am -7 am. When you google them it said they were still open. I left a message because clearly no one was there & there were no signs stating anything about them being closed before their listed business hours. Someone called me back & tried to gaslight me about there being a posting about them having telehealth hrs posted. But if that was the case I wouldnu2019t have called to try to figure out why I couldnu2019t get in & be seen. Their answering machine didnu2019t even mention the hours change. The girl on the phone was rude. & I will not be going back because this was sketchy.nnI included two different sites that list their business hours.

Love the location and the people. Not the first time I have gone to this place for X-rays. The lady at the front desk is kind and professional, and Gail is one of my favorite people in the world. Give them both a raise! lol
