Took my son to the urgent care yesterday evening. He had severe asthma and difficulty breathing. Doctor Tarick Took great care of my son. I asked him if he was a pediatrician, but he is not. He is so good with the little kids. Also, the two girls at the front desk were really nice very friendly and uplifting. I didnu2019t get their names But they did show very good team. We didnu2019t wait more than two minutes to get seen by Doctor Tarick. He did all the tests necessary and got us taken care of within a half hour! We will definitely be back making this our new urgent Care!! ud83dudc99

I tried giving this place multiple chances and it was disappointment after disappointment. The last time I went there were two girls at the desk both of whom looked like teenagers that hated their lives. I signed in and they asked for my insurance and ID and had me fill out paperwork even tho I've been there several times before. They gave me my insurance back to tell me it's inactive and I'd have to pay for my visit. I call my insurance company and they said it was active and to have the clinic give them a call, they're available 24/7. I told her to call them at the same number I just talked to them with and she tells me they're not answering ud83dude10...riiiight. I was seen anyway and told they'll deal with insurance later. Dr. diagnosed me with bronchitis and told me to take the next couple days off work. It was around 7pm at the time so I was already off work, and the girl at the desk gives me a note that excuses me for the day of, and the next day only?? I tried getting it through her thick skull that the dr said to take a couple days off, meaning tomorrow and after tomorrow, why would I need a note for the day of when im already off work Einstein. Then she directed me to the Dr and to my surprise wallah he's just as dense as the girl. He told me himself i needed the next couple days off, then tells me no the note is just for today and tomorrow. I was legit so confused like there's no way these guys gave me a note to excuse me from work AFTER work make it make sense ud83eudee0. At that point I wasn't even sure if I had bronchitis because of the lack of common sense. Not to mention the place looks ghetto and dirty.
