I don't think I've ever had a worse experience at an urgent care. Checked in, and the receptionist said they might not be able to see my daughter for urgent care- that she'd have to ask the doctor. She came back and said we would be seen. We were triaged, and then she was given a COVID test (which we wouldn't have the results back for 3 days) & we were told we could leave. I was confused and I stated that we came to see a doctor, not for COVID testing only. She apologized and said that a doctor would be right in. We waited in the room for an hour and fifteen minutes. When I finally exited the room they told us the doctor still wasn't in. Why were we triaged if there's no doctor to see us? Very disorganized and wasted over an hour of our time with a sick child in pain. I work at an urgent care myself and I was just very confused the entire time about how/why they were doing things the way they were. This is not how a good urgent care runs and we will not be back.

I had such an amazing experience here. From someone who is always at urgent cares, this one was easily the best. I usually go to the Covenant Med Express on State because itu2019s very close, but not anymore. I walked in kinda last minute and they got me in within 15 min. paperwork and all. I had to have a procedure done and Dr. Connaghan was quick and amazing!! The staff at the front were also very friendly and compassionate even when I was a little nervous. Definitely recommend them!!!

Easiest Urgent Care experience ever. So compassionate. So quick. Definitely worth the trip. I went a little further even though Covenant Urgent Care is next door to me, but all they have there is physician assistant. I actually saw Dr. Connaghan who was great.

My experience here was great! The staff were extremely polite and took great care of me. I appreciated that the nurse practioner was thorough and did her best to assess my situation. I didn't wait long at all. Will be back and will recommend.

Terrible place to come in the winter. I regularly bring my disabled mother to a few doctors in this building. It is never plowed, the sidewalks are never clear, never salted. Right now there are 5 of snow. I had to clear a path so we could see where the step is. Very dangerous!
