I recently changed to Medical Specialist as my GP and I just love this office. The staff was super friendly, and Jessie Young is such a wonderful doctor. She really listens to the full patient. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable in any way, and she gave me some really great advice in various areas to improve my health. Her bedside manner is simply wonderful. I am very pleased with this place and happy to call them my new doctor's office! Thank you MSI!

I think that I need to find a more experienced Dr. I absolutely love Jessica Young. I just feel that her staff dropped the ball a couple times and that my ailments are beyond what she may be qualified for. When you say you will call on the same day you are seen and four days later you are wondering and waiting still no call then itu2019s time to move on. You can not wait four days and have a patient call numerous times to get an answer that was promised four days prior.I understand you are busy but follow through what you promised. You never even took the time to look at my ailments you just said I donu2019t know letu2019s do this. Well that seems like maybe you donu2019t care or you really donu2019t know.

When you visit a doctor, you should be able to explain your problems, and get help with that specific issue. Dr. Jessica Young is not one of those doctors. I sent my wife in for her severe anxiety, we went into detail about about the day to day struggles she has with this disease, and Dr. Young totally ignored everything we said and tried to label it as depression (which its not) and place her on medication that had absolutely no effect. So we went back a second time, went further into detail about the anxiety attacks, and the stress about it, and instead of listening and perscibing something that will help the frequent episodes, she kept going into detail saying that whats she was going through was depression yet AGAIN! THAT IS NOT WHAT WE CAME THERE FOR! It seems like she is not educated enough to make a proper diagnosis on the issues at hand, and tries to label everything as depression. She did not listen to us at all, she made a diagnosis without even checking her medical history or reading notes from the last visit. She just seems very unprepared, and very uneducated when it comes to mental health. Its safe to say that we will find another doctor who listens to the problems being presented and diagnoses accordingly. Thanks for absolutely nothing Dr Young!....ps. also, they never return your calls...that place isn't even that busy...They just do not care!!

I've seen Jessica Young for a little over a year now. She really spends time with her patients getting to the issue. It's never a quick in and out with her. She's one of the few providers I've seen that make me feel like she genuinely cares about me. Go see her. You won't regret it.

I went to Dr Cox as a new Pt. I had to change because the Dr I was going to retired. I went to him with the info of my meds all typed on a piece of paper. He said that not all the meds were not on the paper. The med to that he was not on the paper. However I had kept a copy of my own. I didn't think much of it after that. They did lab work. He called in my meds but not all of them. He wanted me to come back in a couple of months. I was scared because of the pandemic. I went anyway because I thought he was going to give me my test results. However he did not. All he wanted me to come back for was to weigh me. So never got my results. I was charged $200-$250 my part. To get weighed. I had lost weight. He then said come back in 3 months. We were still in the pandemic. I called and told them I didn't feel comfortable because of the pandemic. I am high risk for the covid because I am over 65, over weight, and have asthma. They called me to set up appointment to be weighed. I had called in refills and before he would ok, he wanted me to risk my life so he could charge $200-$250 (my part). I told them I would not be coming in. I will be looking for a Dr who weighs the benefits and risks. I think he would do what ever lines his pockets. If you are considering going to this clinic don't go to Dr Cox, unless you want your health at risk.
