This facility is an absolute joke. I used to come here years ago and never had any issues. Went in earlier this week to be seen for a high fever, cough, congestion, body aches, chills, etc. I was never offered a COVID test or a strep test in the time I was there. The doctor basically said he was going to call in an antibiotic and sent me on my way. Fast forward to the following day, I call to have the doctors notes emailed to me. 5 hours later, still nothing in my inbox. After I finally received a copy, the notes are completely botched. The doctor wrote his u201cfindingsu201d on my ear canals when he didnu2019t even take the extra 15 seconds to look in my ears. He also wrote that my u201ctonsils are without swellingu201d. I had my tonsils removed last yearu2026 I will not be coming back!

Iu2019m shocked by the negative reviews honestly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful here from the front desk, medical assistant to the dr. I didnu2019t feel rushed and they treated my situation with a caring demeanor. If I could make this office my pcp I would ! Thank you !
