The entire visit was quick and painless. The person at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was seen quickly. The PA that I saw was very knowledgeable and I felt like he was really listening to me. I was able to get my medicine in a timely manner. They made sure I had a plan of action and that I knew I could contact them if I had any questions or concerns. Thank you!

Doctor is great, patient, understanding.The receptionist they have is lethal. No care, attitude, yelling, and loves to get people to just hang up on the phone. I had abnormal results and she tried to tell me I never came to the location even though I supplied the aftercare summary. Just kept trying to hang up and I kept yelling wait! And she told me to stop yelling at her. Please get a new receptionist that works better with patient care. Abnormal lab results should be handled with care not negligence. And yes, I use negligence here because if I didn't insist I was there, I would have never found out my results meaning. Attacking patient autonomy while encouraging negligence.

Andrew snd Greg and the nurse were very kind and respectful! Have two providers at the same time allowed Andrew to spend more time with me than I usually get. So I got a very thorough exam, time to ask questions and time for him to educate me. I was verymuch pleased and felt well cared for. Thank You!

Scheduling was easy online. At the location there was difficulty processing my credit card payment so I had to be billed. There was no wait. My daughter was seen right away and the medical assistant was friendly and sympathetic. Seth, the nurse practitioner, was able to suggest possible diagnoses and gave her a pill and a shot there and a prescription to be picked up later. My daughter's recovery was rapid which enabled her to attend her graduation that night. Very grateful for the knowledgeable care she received!

The staffu2026 very friendly! PA Andrew Costerisan is wonderful:) He did not rush! u00a0He sat down and took his time to explain everything I needed to know. If you need to visit Urgent Care Beavercreek, hope that Andrew is there because he will get you together! He should get his own practice! Heu2019s got the right attitude for sure!
