We had a great experience with Dr Shukairy and his staff. They were all very friendly. Yes the office is small, and yes itu2019s old. But it is clean and to me thatu2019s what matters. We were worked in due to a nasal fracture and barely had a wait. The next visit to get the packing taken out after surgery he was taken right back. The 3rd visit it was about an hour wait but that is to be expected, it is a specialist office. I would recommend the Dr to anyone that asks.

Both the office and medical staff are friendly and accommodating, they promptly scheduled me to see Dr. Shukiary where my issues were taken care of same day. I was given a nasal endoscopy which was unexpected but essentially painless and aided in helping doc to determine the next steps in developing my treament plan. 10/10 recommend and I'm an RN, please believe me when I say we are horrible patients :-) Doc was amazing.

Office staff is terrible. When you leave message after message for the nurse to call you back because you're having problems and never get a call back there is definitely a problem. Also when I went to my appointment the doctor was only in the room with me for 3 minutes not even long enough for me to ask questions.

I had a great experience with Dr Shurkairy & his staff. I arrived 10 min early for paperwork because I was a new patient but I was taken back within 5 min of my actual appt time. There was no sitting around in a room after being taken back either. Once I was back there everything was done in a very timely mannernMy medical assistant was so nice. Then Dr Shukairy himself was very kind and he was thorough. After having a bad experience with an ENT in GB I was extremely nervous to see another ENT but Dr Shukairy put me at ease. Even more importantly I felt like he really listened to me.nI was done with my appt by 10:45. So my full appt took an hour and 1/2. I would say thatu2019s great considering I was there for ear nose and throat and had a scope and hearing test. If you are looking for an ENT in our area I would try Dr Shukairy!

The only problem was had to wait 1 hour before being seen by the doctor he did have a medical student in training. Maybenthat is why it took so long because he was explaining everything to her.
