Let me tell ya something! Yupp!!nNicest people at the front desk, and in triage.nThe doctors are very good. I'm sure everyone knows this already, but I'm going to repeat it. They are VERY GOOD.nThe care I felt when I was in there made me not hate going to the doctors as much.nThey explained the diagnosis completely. They explained the treatment completely. They explained it in a language I could understand completely.nThere's not one thing I can complain about and I'm great at being a grouch.nThank you everyone at Middle Creek.

I arrived here after working night shift right as they opened. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. They were all friendly. The young lady that took me to the exam took and took all my info was also very nice and attentive. Finally the doctor was amazing. Above and beyond a good listener and took the time to address all my questions. Too many times I've had doctors cut me off and would not let me give all details. I not only would recommend, but I already have.

Over all I was impressed with my doctor that I seen today at Middle Creek. Very professional, caring, listened and talk to me and encouraged me everything was going to be ok. My complaints are the floor in the patient restroom was very nasty, urine on the floor, urine sample just laying out from another patient. I seen cobwebs in the patient room I was in? Over all it definitely needs a deep clean to be a medical facility. Btw I live in Wisconsin but here to visit with family and friends.

Iu2019ve been to middle creek many times over the years and have never had a bad experience, today is no different in a bad arthritis flare I asked when checking in if Dr Flowers were their today and he was, I was so relieved. When Dr. Flowers came in and talked to me he asked me what worked for me before and listened to what I thought I needed (steroid & anti inflammatory) he agreed and added what he thought would help me in addition. Dr Flowers always listens and actually cares about the patient and making them better. All their Dru2019s are very good. Middle creek is very caring and thoughtful, the front desk is always very nice, nurse very caring and professional. The kind of care that whatever the bill is, Iu2019ll pay immediately.
