Had to take one of my little ones in for a fever that would not come down for a few days. Although it was late in the day I was shown kindness and professionalism. Doc ran multiple tests and was very helpful. I was given tips to help the fever come down and I was in and out fast. They were all very though. I felt like they all actually cared! Front desk staff was also great! Awesome place in my opinion!

I am giving a bad review because of the billing office. The providers are fine and I've used Middletown Medical for both instacare and other wellness needs. But I won't anymore. I have paid my bills and the billing department sends messages about bills that I do not owe according to both my own and my insurance records--and when I try to call the billing department--there is NEVER an answer and NO voice mail for messages and NO email available. I have spoken to multiple phone operators on the main line that also cannot reach the billing department even when I have tried contacting them at multiple times during the day and on different days--all within their listed hours of operation. Billing is completely unavailable to anyone who has any issue with billing. Their numbers are inaccurate and they do not reflect the payments using their own portal. I would say do not use Middletown Medical until they fix their billing issues or you will be stuck receiving bills for services you DO NOT owe with NO recourse for communication.

I usually have a fast and easy visit and when I came today I made and appointment which I was told wasn't an appointment when I was sitting for over 2 hours and dis not have a good experience at all. My daughter hurt her wrist and was in pain it took forever to have someone read the xray and last time it literally took 20 minutes so yes I got upset and I was told we'll the dr can call you with the results at home and leaves my daughter in pain and would put a brace on I got a nasty attitude form they young girl at the front desk and rolled her eyes as I was walking away which my daughter so real unprofessional and not how your supposed to act with patients in the medical field.
