Midland medical incu2026never again will I go here..nnComplained to the office manager and head nurse about some of my issues regarding how staff addressed my issues and did not listen to me on several situationsu2026. They told me to go see my PCP; she knew he was one state away (3 hour drive) and I donu2019t drive due to a medical condition. You have no idea how rude that was to say that to meu2026 I was so angry about that.nnNobody announces their name I have to ask to whom I am speaking to u2026On the phone and in person. I could not understand how and why two females are talking BS about customers, Iu2019m sitting in the room for the doctor; they left the door open to my room..u2026 I can hear two females dogging SEVERAL (NOT JUST ONE) customers regarding their conditions and medical problemsu2026 I could not believe thisu2026. I was asking myself what are they going to say about me when I leave.nnRoom is filthy; I was beside myself looking around itu2026unreal for an environment that is in patient care. When I start to think I might catch something when thereu2026 you start to think to yourselfu2026 this place is not for me.nnDoctor made me wait 45 minute to see him; spend less than 3 minutes talking to me. Had multi coffee stains on his shirtu2026. Yikesu2026.I'm thinking to myself.... he does not care... and I am correct he does not.nnTwilight Zoneu2026.stuffu2026.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I have been to Midland medical at least three times recently and have had nothing but a good experience and good care. I saw Dr Nadeau and received very good care each time. I would recommend this urgent care anytime!

Someone once told me that a great man is defined by his character and reputation. Many times throughout my life I have come across great individuals of good character and reputation. Few have compared to not only Dr. Beaupre, but also the staff that he has chosen to surround himself with at Midland Medical. I am privileged to have allowed him and his staff to provide my healthcare. Thank you.

Dropped my girlfriend off at 1:36 for an appointment. They had her waiting for 1hour and a half , then they send her into a room to wait for yet another 30 minutes and after that she had to leave to be at another appointment . Unacceptable for an office this size . Mind you thereu2019s no WiFi for patients at this office , no formal communication. I would of rather gone to ER for my physical . Do not come here if you have other things scheduled in your day & pack a lunch while your at it .
