Luckily it was a quick wait! The front desk, nurse, and provider were all wonderful. Especially the provider; my provider was Traci Ellis, she actually treated me like a human, which you don't always get anymore. Five stars, definitely recommend, will come back to this facility if need urgent care again.

Each person I worked with, whether on the phone or in person, was wonderful! Professional, helpful, comforting with my concerns and situation. They were fast, polite, and not dismissive. As a patient I didn't want to be there. No one likes being sick and having to go to the clinic. The last thing a patient wants is to feel like their providers are annoyed they came in for something silly. Your staff did great and got me on track to feel better and get back to work. Thank you
