Reservation needed, easy to navigate from their website, would suggest checking availability before visiting. I was lucky enough that I did a walk-in but only waited 10-15 mins on a weekday morning. The staff & doctor there were very patient, friendly and attentive. Made sure I was feeling well enough to proceed or continue with the treatment, helped me out with pharmacy issues, and even called 1-2 weeks after my visit to check up on me.

I made an appointment in advance and showed up on time but it took 30 min for them to check me in at the front desk and 50 minutes to seen by the doctor. The front desk woman said I must pay the copay up front (a first in my experience) as is their policy (I did ask to confirm). The doctor was kind but the room didnu2019t seem quite clean. The waiting room wasnu2019t overcrowded which was good, but Iu2019m not sure what took so long then. The front desk woman disappeared by the time I finished with the doctor. I asked him if I needed to check out and he said only if I needed to pay the copay, which indicated to me that it was not in fact their policy that copayments had to be paid beforehand. Overall, I wouldnu2019t recommend it without looking elsewhere first.

Would highly recommend! Clean office and little wait time. The PA that helped me was extremely professional, quick, and able to easily diagnose my issue and send needed prescriptions to the pharmacy. Great experience.
