The process is always in and out, but without feeling rushed or pushed out. My service was a great experience starting from the front desk, to the triage (vitals) nurse, to the doctor. Dr. Natalie is so down to earth and makes me feel comfortable every time I come to visit. Thank you!

To start off my review positive, the nurse and doctor we saw were phenomenal. They seem to really listen and care about our sick 8 month baby, and did all the testing quickly and gently with her. We were in an out quickly with a diagnosis and prescription which proved to help over the coming days.nnThe negative experience was with reception. Right off the bat, she was extremely rude and frankly mean. We are from out of town and have not been in the clinic before, and when we asked our two questions about billing our insurance, and which insurance card we needed, she got upset with us for not knowing what she wanted. We even repeated back something she said to us, and upon realizing she was actually incorrect, she gave us more attitude from the fact she was wrong. No apology or any acknowledgment of what she said before. Traveling and having a sick baby can be stressful, and we did our absolute best trying to be efficient and clear with any questions we had (2), but the whole front desk reception experience was not helping our anxiety. My wife was in tears in the waiting room after just a two minute discussion, and I was still getting the same attitude when we left. We were about to walk out, but thankfully we didn't when our name was called because the nurse and doctor were great.nnRecommended for the care, do not recommend for the receptionist.

I arrived at this clinic just five minutes before closing on a Sunday, and the medical staff welcomed me with incredible kindness and dedication. I was truly impressed by the quality of care I received. Despite my limited English, they made every effort to understand and assist me. Everyone was so kind and attentive. A special thanks to medical assistant Lee and Dr. Paustian u2014 they were absolutely wonderful! However, I believe the front desk service could be improved.nnThank you so much!

I recently visited Midwest Express Clinic and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The waiting area was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which helped ease my nerves.nnDespite it being a busy time, my wait was relatively short, and I was seen by a nurse almost immediately. The medical team, including the doctor, was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit.nnThe clinic itself was well-equipped, and the level of care I received was top-notch. I left feeling confident that I had received the right treatment. The staff and doctors are always so kind and reassuring. They listen and go extra mile to ensure that I get the best and most thorough treatment possible. I never feel stereotyped or not taken seriously. I trust the staff and I take me and my family's healthcare very seriously. I pay close attention to whether or not I think the healthcare staff truly cares about their patients, it is the main thing that I look at when I am deciding if I will continue going because I have no problem walking out and have done it! So yes , the whole staff at the Midwest location is top tier without fail and I greatly appreciate them!
