The girls in the front are very warm and welcoming. The medical assistants were fabulous. The provider was ok. He faced away from me for the most part which I didn't care for. This was for an EKG. So it was a quick visit. I will visit again if needed.

My daughter was very nervous because we don't go to the doctor very often. She was immediately greeted with a sucker by a gentleman doing triage. The doctor was very informative and thorough. The nursing staff was kind and gentle. I'm appreciative the time they took to make her feel safe and comfortable.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating! I cannot say enough good things about all of you. Dr. Hudson-Kane is phenomenal. I always feel I am in the best hands possible when I see she is the doctor working on days of my infrequent visits. I love her personal approach, how knowledgeable she is, her willingness to explain or answer questions and so much more. Dr. Hudson-Kane is an amazing physician!!!!! Is it possible for me to begin using Dr. Hudson as my primary physician? I don't know how AFC works besides for acute care. I love her professionalism and thorough treatment that I have experienced at the AFC .

The doctor was great. Interested, informative-- great. I have used this urgent care facility several times over the years-- usually for the same issue: chronic sinusitis that has gotten intolerable on a weekend. One Dr. found that instead of my usual sinusitis, I actually had pneumonia which turned into a situation that took several months and even a short stay in the hospital to eliminate. But he found it and started treatment that was very beneficial initially. They are always faster than most walk in clinics which is wonderful when you are ill. I usually have been struggling for awhile with an illness and it has taken great effort to get out of the house to seek medical advice and all I want is to go in, get some medication and get back to my bed. You know -- sick person stuff. They are always friendly and kind even if I coast in there just minutes before they close-- which I try not to do, but have done. The Drs here at AFC in Cape Girardeau are very knowledgeable and always INTERESTED in helping you feel better. Many Drs in their private practices just arenu2019t, itu2019s sad.
