I was visiting family from out of state when I needed to go to an urgent care. I was very worried and the receptionist was very nice and I was in the back within just a few minutes. Erin saw me right away and listened to me. She was very thorough. This facility was the best urgent care I have been to, and I work in the medical field.nI really appreciate everything they have done for me.

Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend. I had to be seen there because my regular doctor could not schedule me until the next day asking me to find an urgent care and be seen. I went here and let them know what was going on only to be given a urinalysis telling me there was trace amounts of blood in my urine, they didnu2019t think anything would come back but they would send it off and let me know. Recommended me add berries to my diet, no exam was preformed and I was sent home. I called my doctor back letting him know seen him the next day and was treated for a ruptured cyst.nLeading a pretty healthy lifestyle and not knowing my actual diet Iu2019m not sure how you could recommend someone anything for their diet without asking questions pertaining to that first.nWould highly recommend not wasting your time.

If you have medical needs, I HIGHLY recommend going to Midwest Urget Care! I knew it would be a great place, but I didn't know exactly how great it would be. I've been dealing with pain for 2.5 months now and Gavin was able to figure out what was going on with me, prescribe and give me the necessary antibiotics before I left the facility. Despite the fact that they are amazing people, all my medical needs were addressed and diagnosed within less than hour. It was truly one of the easiest processes I've ever experienced when it comes to addressing medical needs.

This place is phenomenal everyone was very polite and respectful! They seemed very caring, the NP even called the next day to check and see how I was feeling afterwards! For only being open a short time they were very organized and very timely oriented. Thank you all for you help and hospitality! I will definitely be returning to Midwest Total Urgent Care for any and all my family and my own medical needs!
