They need a new office assistant or whoever sits at the front desk. When i remember her name im calling HR. Very rude and unprofessional and instead of trying to help me with my sick daughter and answer my questions she ARGUED and was ignorant over the phone telling me u201cthats not what we do hereu201d (Lucky i couldnt come through the phone tbh) it takes 2 seconds of your time to double check and ask a simple question. If you are selfish and inconsiderate dont work these type of jobs.

Iu2019ve been here 3 times in the last 5 weeks and theyu2019ve been so great and helpful. I hope I never have to go back but the staff from the front desk to the doctors have all been very wonderful.

Only one star because there isn't a negative button. Sat for an hour to be taken back to a room and told due to history they wouldn't see my child. The history was he's a 23 month old non verbal. Have you ever sat with a crabby toddler because they don't feel good? Then be reffered to the emergency room for a fever? I just needed his ears and throat checked. I was also only there because our local urgent care was closed. NEVER again. A call to the insurance to make sure they didn't bill for sitting in the waiting room is my next step. Absolutely unprofessional.

My two grandson's were seen yesterday, very sick and running fever. Their dad, who took them, was told it may be mono. The NP, Jessica Cox, only did respiratory swabs, which DOES NOT diagnosis Mono! A simple finger stick can be done with results in 10 minutes. Their dad was not told of more serious symptoms to watch for. The NP told him that they've seen cases of Mono on the rise. Are they just guessing it's Mono without testing? I called this morning to speak with the office manager, told her what happened, she asked me to hold and put me on the phone with the NP that I was calling to complain about! Needless to say, that conversation didn't go well. So now my grandson's, who are sicker today, has to dragged out again to go to another Dr's office to get blood test to see if they have mono. Also, mom & dad have to incur another bill!This place is a joke! I wouldn't take my dog there! Oh yeah, the NP told me today that their dad could have requested a mono test, which how was he to know! He thought that's what the respiratory swab was for.

Well, Iu2019m not really sure HIPAA Violations exist here. The nurse practitioner who was on duty the other day literally talked so loud she would wake sleeping babiesu2026 in the lobby. If you have business you would like to keep personal, I would advise NOT seeing the loud as sin nurse. With doors shut, I could hear everything she said and she has no problem casually announcing to the world when patients donu2019t have insurance. Ugh.
