I've been here before for my daughter and thought they were great. I went in today because I've been unwell (maybe the cold, flu or sinus) and it was such a bad experience. I was put into a room and someone opened the door (may have said something) then closed the door. I waited longer, heard a provider say name in another room, started talking about what i came in with the person in the other room and I walked outside and told them that the provider said my name but I'm not in the other room. They apologized and opened the door and told the provider that person in that room was not me. So now I'm waiting longer and I can hear the provider go back in the room and finish the consultation with that patient when it was my turn. The provider finally comes into my room and says my name and their name (both start with the letter M) are easy to mix up. She quickly checks me, give me the same speech she gave two other patients and let's me go. Besides the whole mixup of patients, not even looking remorseful, the whole appointment was quick. I understand this is urgent care but I guess patient care is also not important. I will never be coming back here again. I forgot to mention that the provider never introduced herself and she never once asked me to confirm my name or date of birth which is standard practice.

I had a fantastic experience at the clinic! Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I want to give a special shoutout to Johany. She was so attentive and made sure I was doing well throughout my visit. When she took my blood samples, I didnu2019t feel a thing! Her technique is amazing. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for great care.

When I went to the clinic the 1st time it was fine. After they asked me if I wanted a follow up visit? They were persistent on me scheduling it. So I did. When I return for this Follow Up. They were like you will get charged like it was a regular visit. What?!?! They should have mentioned it at the beginning before I scheduled this Follow Up that it would be a regular visit and I would get recharged. To me this seems like a way to get more money from your insurance and out of your own pocket.Shame on this so-called Business.I will never return to them. I wasted my time driving there from work when I could have gone home.If you are trying to give your money and allow them to recharge your insurance. This is the place to go ud83eudd23.I hope the Insurance Companies see this and Audit this Business.

Thank you to everyone involved tonight! Stopped in on a Friday night to get a quick prescription and I was walking out the door 15 minutes later. They electronically sent the prescription to Walgreens so by the time I walked over to the Walgreens it was already being filled WOO

The nurse and practitioner were very nice. However, they did some test to supposedly send to my doctor and thereu2019s a long process for them to receive them. It was pointless because my doctor had to do them again. I even called the office so maybe they could give me the results. They told me they would call me back because they were too busy but they never did. The receptionist is not friendly at all, they need to work on their customer service skills. I also saw they are sponsored so they are probably paying to be on top search which why I went but after this experience I wonu2019t be using them again.
