Been going here since I was a child and itu2019s steadily gotten worse and worse. Billing and patient care is hardly worth dealing with anymore. I had an appointment today with my chiro (the only thing worth going for) of several years and received more text reminders than ever before just to arrive and have them try to stick me with someone else. I even called ahead because I heard from a fellow patient he was gone. When I asked if he was in they didnu2019t say a word about him being gone and said u201cwe can get you in on this day.u201d Assuming he wasnu2019t gone YET, I showed up.nAfter some research they had plenty of time to let me know. Even the text reminders still had my providers name in them. I did consider still giving it a shot. But if I canu2019t trust them to be upfront and honest, I canu2019t trust them to provide me with the care my body needs.nThat said, thereu2019s a receptionist there who has always been absolutely wonderful and I feel bad for what that poor woman is probably going through today.nThis place is officially on the bottom of the list for my LAST resort for care.

Very unprofessional to not call prior to my appointment to let me know my provider was no longer in office. Waited until I checked in, self paid and was completely down the hall before informing me that Dr. Blackwood had left to start his own practice.nnIf I had received a call prior to this happening; informing me of the changes in my appointment my view of the deceptive nature of this office would be vastly different.

I honestly can say that the people at this office are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever met. Every time Iu2019ve called in refills, they never get sent through or refilled. The ladies on the phone are always disrespectful and have an annoyed aura about them. I have called to cancel appointments ahead of time because my prescriber no longer works there and they are just incredibly rude about that. I will never go back here and if I can save someone else the trouble by leaving this review, then I hope to do just that. DO NOT GO HERE! Please, they do not listen and think they know everything when they do not.

This place is so unprofessional and the staff do not know how to properly communicate with patients regardless of the health problem. Susan Alden is a great doctor but only available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and they don't make anyone else available to fill prescriptions. Susan also gets a 72 hour window from the moment you request a refill to actually refill the prescription. So sometimes you are left waiting for prescription refills from this place for days, if not weeks. The receptionists are horrible to talk too. Somehow, it is never their fault why I can't get a prescription refilled and always mine. They help little to none. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Save yourself the headache.

I have been a new patient there for a couple months now and wow that is all I canu2019t saw. No one likes to return your calls back when you leaves voicemail and you continue to have to keep calling to get someone to call you back about questions. Sometime when you call you either get someone very nice on the phone or someone super rude. They arent quick about getting back about your refills or if your doctors tells you to call in and let your doctor know you need the dosage upped you never get a call back and have to continue to call in. It is very said because the doctor I go to is amazing but the staff there not so much !!!! I find it very unprofessional it takes forever for them to call u back with your medicine. I am sorry you should be doing that to patients when they have to take these medication everyday and u donu2019t want to call them back or answer about refills
