This is and has been the best Urgent Care Iu2019ve ever been to. During peak COVID era and even now u2014 some of the kindest people ever.nnCalled front desk this morning and asked to come in when there arenu2019t a lot of people, they got me in easily, spent time asking me questions about my symptoms and the provider I saw, Patricia, stayed with me while I asked her questions and told her what I had been feeling. This all after being hit with a big rush before I came in.nnGreat place. Would recommend to anyone.

Do not go hereu2014ever. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and honestly dangerous. I came in complaining of chest pain, and Patricia Brasa sent me home with muscle relaxers. She told me to only come back if I experienced tingling in my handu2014like thatu2019s the only symptom that matters.nnWhen I went back a few days later, still in pain, she looked surprised that I said chest pain. She thought it was just my shoulder. So which is it? If she suspected something serious enough to mention nerve symptoms like tingling, why didnu2019t she take action the first time? Why didnu2019t she order tests, or at the very least, refer me to a hospital? Itu2019s clear she had some suspicion of a cardiac issue, but didnu2019t care enough to do anything. That kind of negligence is horrifying.nnTurns out, I was having a heart attack. Not just during that second visit, but most likely days beforeu2014when she sent me away the first time. This woman completely dismissed life-threatening symptoms and instead handed me muscle relaxers, like it was nothing. Thatu2019s not just poor care, thatu2019s reckless. Itu2019s absolutely insane to throw around prescriptions like that and call it treatment.nnSomeone like this should not be practicing medicine. She should have her license reviewed, if not revoked. You donu2019t get to gamble with peopleu2019s lives because you canu2019t be bothered to check.nnWhat really says everything? When I left that second time, one of their own front desk receptionists quietly told me I should go somewhere else and even referred me to another urgent care. Think about that. Even the front desk knew I wasnu2019t being taken seriously and needed to get real help.nnAnd to top it all off, they continue to spam me with texts and claim they u201ccanu2019t remove my informationu201d from their system. Thatu2019s just falseu2014or lazy. Either way, it shows how little they value patients even after screwing up.nnAvoid this place like your life depends on itu2014because it might. Donu2019t walk in expecting care, compassion, or competence. All youu2019ll get is dismissed, billed, and left worse than when you came in.

My wife and I are both in our late sixties and live in the northern area of Michigan. We are in the Littleton area visiting family. Unfortunately my wife developed a medical issue that needed immediate attention. We were referred to this clinic by a number of local people who have had great experiences in past so we thought we would give them a try.nEverybody here was terrific! They got my wife scheduled to come in within the hour. Once checked in they called her back in less than 5 minutes. The care and attention provided was exceptional. Everybody was friendly and highly professional and made us feel at ease. My wife was extremely impressed with the receptionist and Samantha. Both of these ladies made my wife feel very welcome.nWe tend to visit this area once or twice a year, so should we need medical attention again in future, AFC Urgent Care will be our provider.

Every experience I have had at AFC Urgent Care Ken Caryl has been nothing short of exceptional. i didnu2019t even know of was possible to like an urgent care this much. I never wait longer than 5 minutes to be taken back. Everyone has incredible bedside manner. I always feel heard, comfortable, and taken seriously. They work quickly yet efficiently. This is the only urgent care I will go to as long as they remain open. Sharon and Jodie were exceptional today as well. Thank you, AFC!

I have been to several urgent cares in Denver, Colorado since moving here. I have never received such exceptional Patient care!nnThe front counter staff was extremely friendly, the nurse was kind and willing to listen to my concerns, and the nurse practitioner who saw me was incredibly professional and helpful! I am very pleased and will be returning to this specific AFC for future visits!nnThank you!!!!
