Nurses were great as usual. The Dr was horrible like we were bothering her bc we were in a room for 4 hours with no communication and wanted to know what was going on. Dr.H had a lot of assumptions as to who we were as people and couldnu2019t care less about why we were there.. very discouraging. Her ego came in the room before she did. And too bad one Dr can turn me against a place that is typically a good experience. The nurses are too good to work at a place like this.

Consistently the worst medical service on the planet. Took my girlfriend here to get checked for a concussion after she fell on some ice, waited for 6 hours before we were moved from the waiting room into the side area to see a doctor. There were no rooms available, so they put us on a bed and chair in the hallway to wait for a doctor, where a woman with short red hair was extremely rude and mouthy to us. The following nurse was incredible with us, one saving grace of this place. We understand that an ER is a zoo and they seem understaffed, but we were appalled at how they prioritize who they take in. We were there for precaution mainly, so we understood why we were low priority, but there were older people in the waiting room far longer than us with seemingly much worse situations waiting hours on end. Nobody seems to care at all, there was no communication throughout the entire process, and it seemed as if there was one doctor on for the night. I never write reviews because I can brush things off and understand most situations, but this place is an absolute joke.

Got seen quickly, the staff was super friendly and hooked me up with something to drink while I was waiting to be seen.nnMaybe it's because I came accustomed to military healthcare, but the level of care at Milford was outstanding.

Do not go to Milford ER!! I was brought in by ambulance tonight for a severe migraine and 2 1/2 hours later never saw a Dr!! Was told by staff only 1 ER Dr!! They would be in 2 more hours!!! The nurses took blood and left it sitting on the sink for an hour and put IV in but couldnu2019t give me the drip.. I ended up leaving.. Milford used to be a great hospital back in the 90u2019s when I raised my kids.. now I wouldnu2019t send my dog there.. our healthcare system has declined so badly.. god help us allu2026

Sat in the ER WAITING ROOM for 8 hours while feeling like my appendix is rupturing. These personnel are not qualified for immediate emergencies.
