I was sent to this office by my doctor and the only other Cpap supply company that I have dealt with that was as rude as Nicky. Is Kevin at Hometown Respiratory in Lebanon. Owned by the same company by the way (Adapthhealth) Nicky did not want to help me at all. I only saw him twice and I tried to be as nice as I could because of the problem I had with Kevin. I told him at our first meeting that I was claustrophobic and could not ware a full face mask. at that point I was using ( or trying to use)a nasal mask and my machine would rarely work . I did the things he suggested And my machine still would not work. It was my doctor who suggested I try a different mask. neither one of these men did! I went back to see Nicky and immediately he was very hostile. He told me that he was sick of this and all he had for me was a full face mask which I could not use. I was in his office about two minutes! I know there are other masks I could have tried I received my machine in November and here it is January 31 and I have not been able to use my machine. In researching my options I find out the company is already in a class action law suit for over charging And mistreating elderly people. I hope they they lose!nAnd I will never recommend them to anyone. Think I will join the law suit!

Representative, Nicky, was very helpful and took time to explain, in detail, the information about the ResMed Cpap machine I picked up. I appreciated his help, sharing of information and answering questions. I have never had that kind of an experience with Manor Healthcare in all the many years I have had to use the Cpap. I am very appreciative and would highly recommend him for acknowledgement from your company!
