had an appointment on line for covid and flu shots at Minute Clinic Clairmont. used barcode on CVS receipt to schedule 12:30 appointment. waited 20 minutes past appointment. Nurse runs my insurance (Medicare B and Medicare supplement) and says it's not covered by that clinic. I then went 30 feet away and got a walk in shots at the same store (pharmacy) free. in the time I waited 6+ people were helped by the Pharmacy. Minute clinic should not be giving the impression they are CVS. jerryg...

I was able to make an appointment online and only had to wait about 5 min, but it was not worth it. I went in with a slighy sore throat and was concerned because my child has had antibiotic resistant strep for a month. The doctor refused to test me because he didn't think I had enough symptoms and told me if I wanted to be tested to go to a primary care doctor. He said my throat was red but didn't think it was anything. He didn't look in my noes or ears which I thought was a standard check when you go in for any check. I wasted my time and money and still have to try to get in to see another doctor.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Came here two days in a row for the minute clinic. All I needed were two vaccinations. The system on day one, said I had a 45 minute wait. I waited an hour and a half to be called only to check the system to see that the nurse is on lunch for 1.5 hours. Of course they didn't think to give me any notice. Day two. Checked in at 9:30am -- they had been open for 30 mins -- system said the wait is 18 mins. I waited nearly 45 mins while consistently checking the system to see if the time was going down. For 45 mins straight it said 18 mins. I wasted my time for two days straight without any courtesy from nurses/staff. Very unprofessional. Will be going to a different CVS Minute Clinic from now on. I suggest you do the same.
