First visit doctor declined to give antibiotics annd proper medication even though I had told my symptoms. Condition got had to returned 4 days later and after waiting over 2 hour , saw the doctor that this time prescribed antibiotics but took them hours to send proscription to the pharmacy,nShort staffed , had only one doctor on call for urgent care next to the hospital.nAnd try reaching them , machine answers and you are on hold indefinitely.nNot coming back again .

Their Urgent Care website states that they admit their last patient at 7:30 and close at 8:00 p.m. I arrived at 7:00 p.m. and the door was locked. Someone came to the door and said they weren't admitting patients because they were running behind. I was told to come back the next day. This is no longer the Urgent Care it used to be before they joined Providence. Now, it's an impersonal, busy clinic, if they'll let you in. If you get in, count on spending at least two hours waiting to be seen.

This is my first time visiting this location. I checked in online and walked into the building and someone in the waiting room was having a serious medical emergency. The staff stayed calm and some of them were addressing the patient with the emergency in the waiting room, another employee directed me to the back and immediately into an examination room. Everything for me was handled quickly and efficiently and with kindness . I was in and out of that location within 45 minutes. My thoughts are with the family and the patient with the emergency.nnWhile nobody plans on needing after hours care and I hope that I donu2019t have any issues in the future outside of my normal check-in with my PCP - I would wholeheartedly recommend this location and would visit in the future should something urgent arise.

I am impressed. Not feeling well I decided that it was finally time for my first ever visit to Urgent Care. This facility is not super convenient for me, but it is easy to get to. When I arrived, there were only two other patients in the waiting room. In less than 40 minutes from arrival, I was seen, got X-Rays, was diagnosed with pneumonia, got an antibiotic shot, and was on my way home. Everyone here knows their stuff. My treatment plan included oral antibiotics as well as an inhaler. I was always a part of the decisions concerning my treatment and given a lot of leeway in how we would proceed. I ended up coming back for several more antibiotic shots and the Urgent Care team always made me feel that my input was always a part of the plan. A+nnThe only tip that I have for new people would be to use the online check-in. The waiting room was never packed on any of my visits, but the online tool makes sure that you get your name in line when you leave the house. I never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen.

Went to this urgent care today. We always have a wonderful experience here. Went in for a possible sinus infection. Juliet (I may have spelled her name wrong) was the sweet gal who took me in the room and did my blood pressure and asked some initial questions. I have seen her before here and as always she is always so kind and sweet. Jeremy Christie was the NP who came in to see me. He was so wonderful. I'm a very anxious person and he made me feel at ease. I told him my symptoms, and he really listened to what I had to say. When you're a nervous person like myself, and have to go to the doctor, you hope that you see somebody who is going to be nice and listen to you. Jeremy was this person. He had a warm and caring personality. I told him how nervous I was about taking medications and he listened to my concerns and talked to me about different options. Overall I had a great experience here today and would highly recommend this Urgent Care.
