i have no problem with people being blunt, i prefer it but when it comes to mental health issues, there's a certain amount of tact or bedside manner that's required and she just doesn't operate that way. i think she means well but she's stuck in her way if that makes sense. kinda her way or the highway. she's wonderful when it comes to upper respiratory problems and honestly great with kids but i just don't agree with paying a $40 co pay every month to come back for a refill script. i think 60 or 90 days is tolerable but every 30 days is just pushing it too far and makes me feel like im being exploited for insurance money.

Dr.Aryanpure is a very good doctor and I used to go to her practice years ago but when i tried to see her again for an issue I thought she could help me with, a member of her staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of calling me up to the desk to discuss whether or not my insurance could cover a visit, she announced it loud enough for everyone in the room to hear that they wouldn't accept it, worst of all, even though my insurance website said it was in network apparently it wasnt. they want you to list her as a primary care doctor to be seen and even though my insurance agent said they could charge it as a consultation, I was rudely told in front of everyone who could hear that they couldn't risk my insurance not paying for my visit despite the 50$ Copay for a consult visit option that my agent said could be provided for me. They made me feel humiliated for my circumstances and the least she could've done was keep it more private. I'm never going back even when my insurance changes to a better plan.
