they have a very unprofessional staff, lost many clients because of there rude behavior, what really crossed the line for me was my mail was constantly stolen, there hours are weak at best and I remember my card didn't go thru one weekend, they kept trying to charge my account 40 times in a row, bank reported as fraud but had to wait the long weekend to have access to my money, Not good for start ups... it goes to show how childish and unprofessional.. there are better options everywhere else.

The system of having to call the front desk in order to enter or access the offices is frustrating. There are moments when the front desk is unavailable (out for lunch or otherwise) and you have to wait for either someone to let you in or wait for them to return which isnu2019t an efficient use of time. The front desk gentleman is friendly. The kitchen is lacking; vending machines not working, some utensils which are unavailable. The bathroom system of using keys to access the bathroom is not efficient, why is there one key per bathroom gender? What if more than one personnel need the bathroom or the key goes missing? Whatu2019s the contingency plan? Overall, from my experience, a few of these could be upgraded and it will make it nicer.

Not our first rodeo leasing business space but this place takes the cake. The office is modern and well maintained. The amenities far exceed our clients expectations- beverage service, friendly staff and always 5 star service. They really know how to treat their clients (us) and our guests. The prices are a great value for all we receive. So in love with Regus and their top notch client support we are expanding to other states and will only consider other Regus owned and managed spaces. You wont regret utilizing their facilities. Impress your clients.
