The staff was nice and the process was easy! I called on a monday and told them I had an important job interview on friday and needed my results ASAP! They assured me the latest I would get my results is Wednesday, it is Thursday, I have called yesterday and today and the results are still not ready and they will not give me any updates on when it may come in. I have never in my life written a review but this is unacceptable , dont advertise that results are available within 24-48nHours if its not what you will do! Very highly disappointed and agitated as I placed my trust in them and they have let me down ud83eudd26u200du2642ufe0f

The facility was clean, ran efficiently with staff professional and kind. Joanne was wonderful. Very sweet. The woman who assisted with physical abilities test was also great. I was in and out with hardly any waiting. Also went very early in the morning.
