My family was charged 1700 dollars for a transport from Hackensack to our home in Morris County. The process of getting help and to understand why so much. I finally gave up and just paid the inflated amount. Also this was a transport of a dying family member who was coming home to pass peacefully. Even when I gave up and decided to pay they never cashed my check until I followed up. I had to kick and scream to get an answer. Please note that a majority of the reviews on here that are positive are people that are employed or work for this organization. Check this out for yourselves. This is a medical transport company that should be avoided.

Patents is always waiting 1-2 hours after their pick up time every single time for a clinic visit. I had to write this review since a lot of people read my reviews. They need new management is horrible and will tell dispatch to lie. Worse is their unprofessionalism. Horrible patient care.
