To say that I had never been treated like this is an understatement. Signed in and sat down, had already been there before. Was called up and the receptionist proceeded to tell me I had a bill, that my insurance had not paid the last time I was there on 5/26/24. I was confused and asked them i paid my copay and I didn't get any denial from my insurance or a statement from the urgent care. She said they billed me in May mind you I was seen on the 26th and I know insurance takes a minimum of 2 weeks to even respond so no way they could have billed me in May. I told her so you only sent me 1 statement? She quickly said 3 or 4...??? I looked on my insurance portal and showed them my insurance processed the claim, and I paid my 10$ copay that they asked... and I paid this knowing on my insurance is a 10% of contracted for which should have any been charged 7.60$ and not the 10$(my husband went for a flu shot amd was charged 10$ and our responsibility should have been 5$... we never received a refund either for this) so I asked them if I can be seen and I will call their billing department on Monday She said no that I needed to pay for that visit first, crazy becasue i was showing them my proof of payment to them by my insurance and still refused to let me be seen. I just was taken back by her calisness and everyone that was around her. I guess money is more important than patient care. I consider this as refusing patient care...?? Scary and disappointed

Very kind, friendly, competent people and the place is clean. I am so grateful for everyone's kindness and help. I didn't get the names of the wonderful nurse, or the kind registration staff, but the doctor, Natalie, was also kind, knowledgeable and very informative. They were able to do a lab test and give me a diagnosis and called in a prescription before I left.

Awesome place. The wait time for a non-appointment walk-in was not bad at all. Once I was called back, I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and prescribed some medications, which helped me get over the chest congestion/cough I had been suffering from for weeks. Big thanks to Dr. Mattos-Perry and staff!

Very professional and caring staff. They are always so kind and helpful. It's the best urgent care in Modesto. The facility is so nice and well kept. The rooms are clean and I love how the staff decorate the office. It's a very calm environment.My most recent visit was due to illness and I was well taken care of. The Physician is very efficient and made sure to do everything possible to help me. I was treated with dignity and my privacy was well maintained.There's a high volume of patients but you can wait in your car. They treat everyone with the same quality of care and professionalism.
