Dr. Garba is an extremely good doctor, and as a long time patient of Dr. Mohammed Lawal Garba, I HIGHLY recommend him. His office on Parkway Drive, Greensboro, NC was the location where I saw Dr. Garba. I personally give Dr. Garba a five star review, because he's one of the best physician's that I've ever had, as a heart patient. He just desperately needs to hire someone in his office besides Telisha, because she's unable to provide efficient and compassionate service to all of his patients. I perceive her as an uncaring women. She is the reason I chose to select a new primary care provider. I have COPD with early stages of emphysema, and depend on a daily handihaler to breathe. I was unable to get a return phone call from her, after MULTIPLE messages expressing my urgency, when I was so sick from oxygen deprivation. I would have appreciated a return phone call from her, AT LEAST. I just noticed Telicia's response today 10/27/23. She stated,You thought you could call up here to get prescriptions, without seeing Dr. Garba first, as if this is a drive-thru. I called up there to get an INHALER, because I have heart disease (no functional tricuspid valve), which DIRECTLY IMPACTS MY BREATHING IN GENERAL. I was extremely sick, and I explained that I lived too far away, and I didn't have the gas in my car to drive to your office. I'm actually going to call Dr. Garba's office, and see if I can transfer back to him, ONLY if Telichia isn't still working there. Have a nice day, and God bless.

To response to reply from Tammy Norton and Nicole Patton;Tammy it's unfortunate to see you leave Ladan Medical Center. We hope you get the care you need from your new provider especially since you thought you could always call up here and ask for prescriptions without seeing Dr. Garba first as if this is a drive-thru.Nicole Patton; you have family members who are under the care of Dr. Garba here at Ladan Medical Center. I have been at this practice almost 6 years and every patient concerns and needs are attended too with the highest respect and integrity. You have never been a patient here at this practice and you called up here making threats against the practice and that will not be tolerated.All patients here at Ladan Medical Center appreciate the professionalism with kindness and helpful output along with the 5 traits of integrity that I give to each patient. There are times where I do get busy, but I do take the time along with patience to address every patient.

Taleasha the office manager is extremely rude and has no idea what she is doing. She has messed up prescriptions and appointments and thinks sheu2019s the doctor. I am flabbergasted at the amount of disrespect I received trying to make an appointment. She needs to be fired if Dr. Garba wants to have a successful business. She is running it into the ground and itu2019s sad to watch.
