Very unprofessional! I needed a Doctors visit asap, it was a very important appointment! First they scheduled me for a Thursday then they called me the day before telling me I had to come in on a Tuesday! I MISSED 2 DAYS OF WORK FOR NOTHING!! I SHOW UP ON TUESDAY AND THEY DID NOT LET ME IN BC I DIDu2019NT HAVE A FACE MASK WHICH THEY NEVER TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT IT WAS A REQUIREMENT! As a clinic they could have easily given me one but instead I had to miss my appointment! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN! Community Health places have better services than this private clinic SMH.

Literally go anywhere else!!! How does the Doctor show up after you do for a scheduled appointment? How does any modern doctoru2019s office not know how to file prescriptions online or even email? Nor do they bother to keep in touch to let you know if there is an issue sending off your medication. They call you in for labs where most places just have an app for that or itu2019s just a phone call to save you and them time. This Doctoru2019s office is stuck in the 90s or 80s in a bad way.nnIt is because of them Iu2019ve been 3 months without my medication and had to go to the ER. Bottom line if you want a quick death and to waste a lot of time waiting go there. Absolute garbage place to go.

My visit to Mohana Medical was great, very clean office, very friendly and compassionate staff they go above and beyond the call of duty for their patients, During my visit I saw one of the staff member give an elderly couple a ride home it was raining and the elderly couple were going to catch the bus because their ride did not show up I was so impressed by their ability to go out of their way for a patient. I was seen by Dr. B. Nettem she addressed all my concerns she provided me reassurance. I left out of the exam room feeling good that someone beside myself cared about my issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Nettem and her staff.

Bad reception assistance, they don't care about patients, they give you an appointment for 12 o clock and but the doctor doesn't get there until 12:30 ,, I was with Dr nettem for about 6 years until I decided to chance doctor, Dr nettem order me a colon exam and for 3 years they didn't helped me to get a Doctor for the exam, they all ways say that the insurance you have doesn't cover the treatment, and after I switched to another clinic boom I had my exam done in Lee's than one week. Definitely I don't recommend it.

Place is very unprofessional. They wonu2019t even work well with people in their own field such as insurance or Pharmacies. The Doctor pretty much just comes in whenever. Literally had to wait an entire hour before she got there to be serviced. Iu2019ve been in ERs that take less time. Bottom line this place bottom tier.
