I had a generally positive experience at this urgent care center. The overall wait time to see the doctor was short. The only delay was due to the initial paperwork, which took a bit longer than expected. Once that was completed, I was seen by the doctor fairly quickly. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I would recommend this urgent care center.

Short wait, everything was very clean and well organized, very short wait from the time I got checked in to seeing the doctor. The PA I saw was absolutely amazing! She sat down, went over everything with me, let me talk, has an incredible bedside manner and welcoming nature about her and you know she actually cares. Great experience and great PA!

Employees seem nice, the nurse practitioner I saw was very helpful and to the point, but the office feels disorganized. It took one hour and 40 minutes of waiting until I was called back for my appointment. A man who walked through the front doors at the same time I did was in and out within an hour. Multiple people who entered after I arrived, including a women who entered 70 minutes after me in no visible pain also was seen before me.nnI really wished I could rate AFC higher, besides the disorganization it seems like a great place. If you go, I would recommend checking with the front desk every so often to make sure that they haven't forgot about you.

Donu2019t go here. Seemed okay at first with nice receptionist. They set you up in a system that shows order of patients (walk ins). I was next patiently waiting. Then I saw a patient called that was 3 after me. I still remained patient. Then another was called. So I nicely asked if I missed my name being called being people after me were being called. Receptionist then said sheu2019ll finish running my paperwork. Like what? Why have I been sitting an hour next on list if that wasnu2019t even completed. First time here and will by last. Walked in to urgent care by kimberton Rd and Iu2019m already being seen. Donu2019t waste your time or hard earned money here

Thank you for the follow up. I'm fine. The staff and Stephine were very courteous and professional. I had a corneal abrasion which Stephanie quickly diagnosed and prescribed medication. I also appreciated the two follow-up texts I got.
