The online app is a quick and easy way to be treated. I love using it! But for the FIFTH TIME in a row theyu2019ve mailed an additional invoice even though I paid for the service the day of through the app. Last time they promised it was fixed. Make sure you are not double billed! What a hassle.Update- I still love the app but with the time it takes to reset my password to view a statement that I already paid on the date of service, is it worth it? I am supposed to be at work not on the phone on hold with Perlman.

I have been a patient of Dr. Monica Perlman for several years. During that time , I have been diagnosed with a rare lymphoma by a team of oncology specialists. This has made my health care coordination quite complex.i need to see numerous specialists, as well as keeping up with the usual tests for my age ( 70 ). Dr. Perlman's team has always been responsive to my many needs. She has built an extraordinary organization.Dr. Perlman is an excellent Primary Care Physician ! I am grateful for her care and compassion.

This clinic is all about making money. She destroyed my life. She is greedy, unethical, and one of the worst physicians anywhere in United States. I will follow up later, about my experience in that butcher shop

I waited an hour in a waiting room. My overall time at office was 1 and 1/2 hours. She saw me for about 5mins and as I was still trying to discuss my symptoms with her as she was walking out of the room to see another patient. Clearly they double book appointments here. None of the machines worked that I needed to use ie EKG and blood work were broken they said and that was the sole purpose of my visit. So I got sent sick as a dog on a wild goose chase around the city of SD to places that don't even do any xrays and an EKG ect. I never got a diagnosis or any medication prescribed ect.She Monica Perlman is a fraud. The practices she runs are just after your money. They don't care about the patients there at all. It's a real shame that here in a 1st world country that you have people like Monica Perlman running doctors offices like the Perlman clinic in La Jolla.Very unfortunate. I'm reporting to BBR, osha hippa ect

In search for a primary care doctor I came across Perlman clinic. I have to say I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I would like to point out Janet at the front desk was very professional, as well as friendly. Along with my experience I had with the PA Lauren, she's great. For all future appointments I'm definitely coming back, great clinic overall.
