At 3:00 pm, I made an appointment for the same day at 4:10. We got there at 3:55, were called back at 4:01, seen by a nurse, then a doctor, got a prescription for my 7-year old simmers ear and were out the door by 4:12. The staff there is always courteous, attentive, and quick without ever making us feel rushed. It is our only go to Urgent Care center. 10 out of 10 recommend!

False advertisement. My insurance company referred me to this place. I walked my sick child in, and they turned us away. They said they are at capacity for appointments and for walk ins. And the woman at the front desk said in the future itu2019s best to schedule an appointment.

They were kind, thorough, professional, and committed to helping me get better. They sent a prescription immediately to my pharmacy. The whole process took less than an hour.
