I have been here a few times never had an issue till I saw the Indian doctor asking me if Iu2019m in a rush because sitting in a doctors office with bright lights was making my symptoms worse. Was super rude to me because he had u201csicker people to take care ofu201d last time I checked if youu2019re that sick there is a hospital and urgent care if for first come first serve I waited over an hour to be seen which I was trying to avoid by calling ahead being told itu2019s a 20 minute wait. If they would have told me over an hour I would have made the drive back to my home town and be seen right away not uncomfortable while super sick. If youu2019re the only u201cdoctoru201d maybe you should hire some more so sick people can actually be taken care of and treated with respect

Great place. The doctors are knowledgeable and staff is friendly and helpful. Best thing is the pharmacy is right inside. You barely sit down and your meds are ready. So wonderful how Jen you are Iu2019ll. We highly recommend.

The Doctor was magnificent! However, the staff was just plain rude to my mother in law who is in her late 80's and very nice to everyone. It was just a sad thing to deal with considering she is ill.

The staff was friendly and kind, but the doctor who provided my care was not. I went in with a very deep puncture wound that need a few stitches due to the location. He wanted to put a steri-strip on it, but being it was my dominant hand I asked for stitches. He sighed very loudly and I knew at that point he was not going to be kind. He injected me with numbing medicine and immediately poked me with the needle to stitch asking if I could feel it. Of course I could since he didn't allow any time for the med to work. He waited 30 seconds and tried again asking if I could feel it, I said yes. He said I can give you more numbing medication but I can only give you so much in that area. He came in with another syringe and gave me some more and within seconds tried to poke me again asking if I could feel it. I said, yes I can feel it. He then made a comment that I had a low pain tolerance. He also tried to say it was a superficial wound, it was not. I was annoyed at this point and told him to just go ahead and stitch it. Then I had to remind them twice that I needed a tetanus shot because it was metal that went into my hand all the way to the bone and I hadn't had a tetanus shot since 2007. Clearly he wanted to just put a bandage on me and send me out the door. I worked in the healthcare field for many years, I don't tell medical professionals that when I am seeking care because I never want to come off like I know more but in this instance.....I knew more and would have never treated a patient like this.
