I was seen there yesterday for a sciatic nerve problem. While they are my PCP, I walked in yesterday as an urgent care patient. I was there when they opened at 9:00 and was out by 10:00. The provider I saw, Kelly Jones-PAC, made a great impression as she entered the room. She entered with a smile and full of joy. She could tell when she walked in that I was in paid. She listened to my concerns of being an a-fib patient on Eliquis and the concern of not being able to take nsaids because of interaction between the medications. I received a shot and some oral medication. I am happy to say that after a day and a half of work, I am back at my desk without any pain. Thank you Kelly and staff.

Three words, Thank you Hailey! Had huge issue getting a prescription filled for my husband and needless to say, we had to get it transferred to a different location. Hailey went above and beyond and got this task token care of. With extreme promptness, fast quick, and with so much professionalism, for me and my husband. She took the time to stop what she was doing to calm me down from being frustrated with Walmart and jumped on the task to get this moved to a pharmacy who takes care of business. Dr. Woods and Hailey are wonderful!!! You need something done right get Hailey at the front desk first, and go see Doctor Joan Woods. What team players they are! They take care of their patients!

The receptionists make the clinic have bad bad bad bad reputation. Once you get to the doctors. Doctors are good. Especially Dr. Joan ud83dude18ud83cudf39. Today my husband was rejected after having called the previous day to get seen for some labs and another lady that answered the phone said he can go ahead and come in the next day.nWell, besides being rude at the front desk, no one in the lobby waitingu2026husband didnu2019t get his labs done. Having an upset husband early in the morning is not nice. This young generation is ud83eudd26ud83cudffdu200du2640ufe0fud83dude16ud83dude42u200du2194ufe0fud83eudd14ud83dude13ud83eudd2fud83dude29ud83dude2bud83dude42u200du2194ufe0fn**** yes, both receptionists were rude to him.n1-3-25. 9am.

Iu2019ve been on straight nights with a lot of overtime, so I didnu2019t show up until 5:55pm. Girl at the front desk was smug and unprofessional. Had the gall to ask me what was wrong before completely dismissing me and saying they just stopped taking walk-insu2026@ 5:50, they close @ 7:00?!?! Maybe lead off with that instead of asking whatu2019s wrong first. No cars in the parking lot, and she acted like I was disturbing her and whatever she was looking at on her monitor.
