Tried to get an appointment here and they donu2019t have any. They place you on a wait list and never call back. Iu2019ve been waiting almost 2 months now for an appointment. I have to look for somewhere else to go cause i should be able to see a doctor within a reasonable time frame. This is not at all reasonable. And yes, Iu2019ve been coming here for years but it was not like this prior.

Dont waste your time coming to this clinic, especially if you have kids. They only got residents working there, how i had an appointment for my child physical this friday and they had the nerve to call and tell me is being rescheduled for july; because the provider is going on vacation!!!!! mind you i been scheduled this appointment for the past months. They are unprofessional! this clinic should be close down. if you dont care about child health, just close it down.

Today i schedule a same day appointment to wait for over an hour when we got there ( on time !) which is crazy because the receptionist gave me multiple choices of time slots the Dr was available and god forbid you're late for an appointment lol ... I only like to see my daughters primary care doctor. We never wait over 10 minutes and they left us in the room I really think they forgot about us. Only to make it home and the Dr calls to say for me to call if I have any questions or concerns...like you have to be kidding me yall have alot of time on your hands.. I'll advise you to use that time for your patients...more beneficial. I'm finding another place to go because I've had it with this place.

I knew something was wrong when the man over the phone helping me schedule a well child visit asked for an emergency contact number first instead of my (the primary parent) information. The emergency contact got the confirmation call, I did not. The emergency contact is Spanish which is what the voicemail was left in, I am not. I verified this with the man to avoid this issue, but clearly the negative reviews in here are true. I should have listened to my gut and never bothered, but unfortunately this was the only institution in the area that answered the phones on a Tuesday morning and I don't want to wait even longer to schedule my son's appointments.

Disappointed wouldn't sum up how I feel about this place. 1. I had to take time off to go to this doctor's appointment. The wait was so long, I got dizzy and my phone died waiting for the provider. 2. After spending my entire day in their clinic I had to go to another floor to do labs. 3. We are now going on month 3 of them searching for this visit because they lost it. So I gave my blood, urine, social security number, and allowed their students to see me naked, all to be here still requesting my medical records. I called only to be left on hold my entire lunch break and still receive no information regarding my last medical visit. DON'T. Just don't put yourself through the stress of attending this medical facility. What a waste of my time and money.
