I donu2019t understand why this place schedules appointments just to have us waiting here for almost two hours after the scheduled appointment. Several curt nurses in endoscopy. Iu2019ll never recommend. If given the opportunity I would go elsewhere every time.

Horrible experience with Monument Health. I had labs sent here from a clinic and my information got lost. When we left we had paid everything in full. Two years later I got a bill with interest saying we had not paid. Monument health had lost all my information including insurance. Since it had been so long insurance was no longer able to pay anything. This whole time the bill was gaining interest I didnu2019t even know that I owed anything. Monument health blamed this on me saying I didnu2019t pay my bills and were not helpful at all. They told me that I didnu2019t have insurance which is completely untrue and they refused to help me get to the bottom of what happened. Will never go here for anything and do not recommend.

My husband ended up having to stay a couple night here. I have never met such amazing, caring compassionate people. From staff in the ER, to the neuro surgeon. All the nursing staff on the 10th floor from 2/27-2/28 were the most amazing souls. I can't say enough things about everyone. Even Janet from housekeeping was such a sweet heart!! Thank you from the bottoms of our heart! ud83dudc95

I recently went to this ER because of stomach pain, but little did I know it was appendicitis. All of the nurses were so understanding and helpful. I cannot express how kind they were to me. This was my first ever surgery and they accommodated for me in any way that they could. My doctor was super sweet and explained everything that was going on and made me feel a lot better about the surgery I was going into. The surgeons each introduced themselves to me and made it very clear to me what their role was and how the surgery would work. It seems like every employee I encountered went above and beyond to not only take care of me, but make me feel safe and calm. Thank you guys so much. You have no clue what this meant to me.

I went into the ER yesterday for what I believed to be thyroid complications as I have on going thyroid issues. They admitted me for a headache in which I repeatedly said I do not have a headache. Dr came in and asked about my headache. He told me my symptoms wouldnu2019t be due to my thyroid are probably just anxiety and told me theyu2019re going to give me meds and fluids and do labs and walked out. The nurse administered medication before telling me what it is and why she was giving it. Haldol. I immediately felt scared and like my body was in a catatonic state while my brain was going a million miles a second for 3 hours before he came in and told me sure enough it was my thyroid. Today I looked up uses for Haldol and it was an antipsychotic used for sedation in people with schizophrenia and sedating patients who are irate and physically assaulting staff. I was doing neither. Furthermore come to find out this drug can cause brain damage in any amount due to the fact itu2019s a neurotoxin! Shameful that this was used as a first treatment on me coming in for issues due to my thyroid. The last 24 hours have been a blur and I am only now 21 hours later able to type or use my phone I have been in and out of drowsy consciousness. Jed Christiansen is the dr who I saw Iu2019ve seen him previously and he is rude, dismissive and blames anxiety every time though I have known thyroid issues. Absolutely going further with this. I cannot believe he sedated me. So unnecessary and disgusting.
