I don't usually leave review but when it comes to health it needs to be shared.I came to this urgent care yesterday because my. Daughter complained of pains on her side. No urine sample requested at all. Dr. Came in and gave her a biology lesson on the digestive system. Told her to drink gatorade. He didn't ask more in depth questions to really find out the problem. Pain did not subside after a night. We went to the urgent care on moreno beach. Urine sample and vitals they asked lots of questions. BAM. UTI. I should have known. This is the same doctor that told me I was not pregnant for 5 months until I demanded an ultrasound. And I find out I was more than halfway thru my pregnancy.

The MD at this place has terrible bedside manner. Terrible. Don't waste your time here. He doesn't take the time to listen, asking another question before you're done answering the first. Tried to school me on how the system works when I work Prior Authorization review for a living. I let him know I've had a 15lb unintentional weight loss in two weeks along with my GI issues, his reply that's good, you look good. Were you heavy before? I think it's time he retire. He could have, and should have, done more than he did. He was only ordering labs. I told him to write me out AMA because I won't be seeking care from his office. He also asked how often my Bipolar Disorder happens. Ummm.....it's something I struggle with every day. Is he a doctor? Grievance filed with Blue Shield.

I went in needing pre-employment blood draws and I voiced how I get kind if nervous. They were incredibly supportive with words of affirmation the entire time! It truly felt like they were friends and cared about me. ud83eudd70 Honestly such a great group!!!

I just came from this place hoping to get some relief from my back these people do not take you or your well being into consideration front desk and MONICA is and are the worst place they have no clue with disablilty or edd ,their machine is down suspiciously down after I explain to them my back still hurts and I cannot function or move ! However according to them I can canu2019t move push pull or do anything but Iu2019m good to go back to work ? !!!! When I gave you paperwork that shows the HERNIATED disc On my back !!!! And JAMES HARRISON THE DOCTOR just copy and pastes the same note from the specialist Iu2019m in utter disbelief that I have paperwork that says I cannot do anything yet Iu2019m ok to work . And they have no urge to get anything done switching and gonna call blue shield after this never again !!! Donu2019t waist your time like I did .
