Me and my mother came here two days ago to get my physical, I had brought my sports physical along and asked if they could help me fill it out. They said that apparently they u201cneededu201d a doctor specialized in the area.according to google and further research it says that a REGULAR Yes, a regular New York pediatrician can fill out the required sports physical form. My mom had went back two days after, because they had told her to come back in order to get it filled out. And now they are telling her to wait a week?? I honestly am heartbroken about this due the fact that I was a regular patient at this place and now I can say that they are so unprofessional and unreliable I genuinely never want to go back to this place ever again. On top of that they are the same reason my AUTISTICsister isnu2019t receding the therapy and education she needs due to them still not providing the papers my mother has been demanding since forever. If you want to come and sign your kids up to this place be prepared for a bunch of bullshit

The wrost clinic ever on mental health. The doctor I had is a horrible doctor. If you need a letter back to work from your Psychiatrist with doctor Alerte I'm letting you know this doctor will contribute to your issues instead of helping you with it. I had the worst experience please save yourself. And now they want you to pay for a ESA letter for emotional support pet. Something I been getting for free for years from a therapist don't come to this clinic. If I could give it 0 starts I will. The staff are great. But that doctor is the worst. And now this new policy with the ESA letter is just ridiculous. If we seeing a therapist already why should I Pay for it online???

After the Summer of 2024 having to deal with a dentist Han Su or whatever his name was billing me, I had to put an appeal that lasted 3 months that my Medicaid Metroplus had to deal with them. Now once again another set of paperwork has come through for a new dentist for another set of appeals. Dentaquest needs to get their shit together and so does this office. They tell you one dentist accepts your insurance and then suddenly they change their minds.
