Mount Carmel East is a terrible place to be at. I was in so much pain and when you push a call light nobody shows up. 30 minutes later they cancel it. Most of the employees who came to my room where so rude with no empathy. At one point I had to sign documents and request for a transfer because I was so terrified. When u call medical records for the greatest part the operator will pretend as if they don't hear you. I got night mares all the time I was at this place

Some of the nurses that I experienced here made me wish I took my boyfriend to a different hospital. Very unprofessional, rude and ingenuine.

Good health care, rude nurses and staff. Unacceptable wait times and doctors that constantly pass the buck.
