Today was my first time being a patient at Mt. Zion Urgent Care. I was very impressed by the professionalism that the staff displayed. The front desk staff were very detailed with the directions for the sign-in process. The technology was clear and not intimidating at all. Mrs. Khai Salaam was so compassionate and thorough with her examination and her knowledge about my injury. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

By far one of the if not THE WORST Urgent Care on the planet. I went in to be seen for a sinus infection and was told I would have to take a Covid test and it would be $90.00 based on my insurance. $90.00, really?!?! Last I checked Covid Test are free and you can pick them up anywhere. The fact that you are charging people, especially those that may not be able to afford it is incredible and bad business.nnIf you need medical help, do yourself a favor and drive past Mt. Zion Urgent Care and head to another Urgent Care. These folks are only in this for the money.nnBTW...I left there (after I told them they were crazy) and went to Piedmont Urgent Care by my house. It was total opposite. Same insurance but different result as I was not given the ultimatum to pay $90 bucks for a Covid Test! Go figure!nnMt. Zion Urgent Care is hot garbage to say the least!

Biggest waste of my time! I called at 9 to set up an appointment to get a covid test. Got an appointment at 1 and the lady working the front desk took down all my information. Arrived 10 minutes early and because I was there for a covid test I had to call. I had to call 5 times before someone answered the phone and by the 5th time it was already past my appointment time. Than I had to sit in my car for another 20 minutes before the nurse came out and tell me they can't verify my insurance because the systems down, and I couldn't get a covid test. They had 4 hours to call me back so I could take care of it, but didn't. Worse service ever!

This place honestly deserves 0 stars. Went there because i need antibiotics due to a possible sinus infection. Couldnu2019t be seen because they needed to conduct a COVID test. 1. I didnu2019t have enough symptoms for them to conduct a COVID test 2. The nurse practitioner didnu2019t feel comfortable seeing me without conducting a COVID test 3. Told me the COVID test would be $75. I told the lady at the front desk I didnu2019t have COVID because I had just taken one at CVS an hour ago. Piss poor service, would not recommend

I only gave this company 1 star because this is the only way I can leave a message please do not use this company. They charged my HSA card incorrectly on July 10, 2022 and I have been trying to get it corrected since July 2022 office manager at the Jonesboro location told my insurance company it would be refunded because my insurance paid for the test so they actually were double paid. Then the Office manager at the Conyeru2019s location left a voice mail stating that the check would be at the Jonesboro location ,went to pick it up and you got it, it was not there. And I was told MAYBE it will be there next week, just call !!!Front office stated that the office manager stated that since she didnu2019t hear back from me , she didnu2019t write the check. My problems are 1. you left a voice message saying it would be at Jonesboro front desk, 2. Is the office able to mail things, and lastly, if I and my insurance company has worked over a year to get reimbursed what made this company think I did do want my check! Why does a company after several calls from myself and my insurance company take over a year to refund money. This is ridiculous please run as far as you can from this company horrible money management process and insurance fraud!!!!
