From the moment I arrived, Karen at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and welcoming with her friendly and efficient approach despite my painful situation. Shortly after, Tina, the registered nurse, brought me back and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout the process. Her kindness and attentiveness were very reassuring.nnMelissa, the physician associate, provided outstanding care. She was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I truly appreciated how prompt, compassionate, and organized the entire team was during my visit. I recommended that my Dad seek care for some light headedness. He is a long time cardiac patient and usually goes to the hospital. From the time we entered their state of the art facility, the staff was kind and professional. My daughter was bitten by a tick. My husband took her to this Urgent Care for an initial treatment. After a few days we were worried about the wound healing, I took her to visit the Urgent Care again. First of all, there was not a separate waiting line for follow-ups. We waited for one and a half hours. After checking in with a nurse, we waited for 20 minutes for the doctor to come. The doctor talked with us for less than five minutes and was eager to leave. I wish the doctor knew how long her patients had been waiting to see her and therefore was willing to stay with her patients a little longer.nI was hoping the bill for the follow-up visit would be less than the first visit. But no, the same exact amount.nI can not say the front desk people were friendly.nI do not recommend this Urgent Care.

From the moment I walked in to this urgent care with my daughter and husband, we were received and greeted very warmly by their front staff and then by one of their nurses. Everything from start to finish, from check-in, to treatment was smooth and seamless. Wait times were decent. Dr Stephen was very pleasant, quick and efficient and on point with our diagnosis. He is also very kid-friendly ! As well as the rest of the staff. I would certainly come back ! I love that I found a place where to take my whole family for illnesses.
